Randy Doege began working for a small town cabinet manufacture in Neshkoro, WI after graduating from high school in 1976. He worked there for a few years learning the trade before setting up shop in his dads garage. 

After moving to the Fox Valley and worked for a few woodworking shops, Randy deciding to go out on his own in 1986. Tuttle Lake Woodworking, Inc. began in Randy's garage and grew quickly resulting in the building of their shop at 2923 West American Dr. in Neenah, WI.
